Golf course mini cupcakes!

For my boss's birthday, I made him a golf course! He loves the sport and was very appreciative for the birthday cupcakes :)

 

Decorations:

"golf ball": gum ball

"hole": Hersey kiss upside down

"sand": ground up graham crackers

"green": green sugar

"grass": vanilla icing dyed and piped

"flag": red airhead cut and molded

"tee": yellow starburst molded



4th of July flag cupcakes!

For a 4th of July party, I made the USA flag using mini cupcakes!

 

I used vanilla icing and dipped each cupcake into colored sugar. I used the white stars from a sprinkles container to represent the stars on the flag.

Easter bunny cupcakes!

For Easter I made these lovely bunnies :)

 

 

Decorations:

"ears": marshmallows cut diagonally, dipped in colored sugar

"eyes" & "nose": Robbins Eggs candies

"cheeks": mini marshmallows

"fur": shredded coconut



Mardi Gras cake!

To celebrate Mardi Gras, I made a variation of a "king" cake :)

 

This was a 4 layered cake, each layer dyed either gold, purple, or green for Mardi Gras. A plastic baby was tucked inside the cake before it was iced!

Key lime cupcakes!

Per request, I made key lime cupcakes for a coworker's last day with our company. They turned out nice, but need to be refrigerated at all times which is somewhat inconvenient for cupcakes :(

 

Giant mum cake!

For my birthday, I made a giant mum cake to bring to work. The petals are made out of marshmallows dipped in sugar.

Pumpkin tease!

For my coworker's birthday, I made her a very tempting cake! She loves mellowcreme pumpkins and hated that I saved a bag from Halloween just to decorate her birthday cake in November :)
